M/s Paulose George Construction Company (P) Ltd. is just like that. The company is an offshoot of the erstwhile proprietary concern “Mr. T. V Paulose Engineering Contractor” with an A Class PWD registration started in 1980 and subsequently changed to a Partnership firm M/s. Paulose George Construction Company (P) Ltd. who were Civil Engineering Contractors till 2008, when partnership firm transformed itself into a Private Limited Company PGCC(P)L, now with an experience of more than 40 yrs in this field is being continued as one of the leading infrastructure civil Construction Engineering contractors in the State .
PGCC(P)L is a ‘SS’ class registered company of MES, an ‘A’ class-registered contracting Company of Kerala PWD and also Public Sector Companies like The Kerala Minerals and Metals Ltd., Kerala State Construction Corporation Ltd., and BPCL-Kochi Refinery., Hindustan Newsprint Ltd etc.
Having begun the construction activities in the then Cochin Refineries Ltd during 1980 and by continuing in various other industries like Hindustan Organic Chemicals, Hindustan Newsprint Ltd, FACT, Cochin Shipyard, Cochin Port, Kerala Minerals & Metals Ltd etc, vast experience attained on the construction activities in the field of industrial infrastructure, land development, foundations etc.
The firm entered into the execution of hydroelectric projects in 2001. Since then, we have been executing various hydroelectric projects for KSEB and have successfully completed seven projects successfully having a total capacity of 64 MW involving weir, trench weir, tunnel, canals, forebay tanks, penstock pipes, power houses, switchyard etc. and the journey continues.
We have been associating with BPCL-Kochi Refinery with its different projects and phases of expansions including Capacity Expansion & Modernization Project CEMP) Phase II, Integrated Refinery Expansion Project (IREP), Propylene Derivative Petrochemical Project (PDPP), BSIV MS Block Project (MSBP) etc.
With various projects like dams, regulators cum bridges, regulator with lock, we have been associating with Water Resources Department, Government of Kerala for its various projects serving ayacut area of several thousand hectares.
With the strong skills in project management, an un-compromising attitude towards quality and good client base, we have grown into 100 crore turnover company in FY 2018-19 and we continue to strive for achieving further milestones.
